Refined through dozens of working sessions across multiple organizations, this adaptable workshop framework brings cross-functional leaders into the same room to look at the same information. Together, they clarify business objectives, where data originates, what goes into it, how it is transformed, and where definitions or assumptions differ.

People independently describe the organization as it is and as they want it to be, then compare their assumptions to reveal where alignment is real (and where it only sounds that way).
